This is our team of international foodhunters. Everyone covers a designated area and is constantly on the research of local ingredients of exceptional quality.
I have been backpacking and foodscouting in many countries, mostly Europe and Asia. Inspired by the thousands of local dishes I have had the chance to taste (and often see how they where cooked) I was always disappointed when i tried to buy some of the used ingredients at home. Either the ingredients where of very low quality or simply unavaible. In some case food traders had no idea what I was talking about. So the idea came up to help all those people who suffer the same as me when they get home and cant find the crucial ingredients when they want to cook something eaten while travelling the world.
